Who we are

Overfit Seamless is a seamless garment manufacturer based in İstanbul, Türkiye. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), Overfit Seamless is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

We collect personal data in three situations, and only these three:

• When you submit the application form. The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, website and social handle, together with details about your project: product categories, quantities, brand stage, sales channels, services required and any description or reference material you choose to add. Only the fields marked required must be completed.
• When you contact us directly. If you email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send, including your email address or phone number.
• When you browse the site, if you accept analytics. Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location by country, device and browser type, and the site or search engine that referred you. No analytics data is collected unless you press Accept on the cookie banner.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

• To answer your enquiry and quote for production. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep a record of business correspondence and enquiries. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in managing customer relationships (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To understand how visitors find and use the site. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics only after you press Accept; until then Google Consent Mode holds analytics storage in a denied state and no analytics cookie is written.

Two values are stored locally in your browser and are necessary for the site to work: your language preference, and your cookie choice so that you are not asked on every visit. These are not transmitted to us and are not used for tracking.

To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again.

Who we share it with

We use the following processors. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare, Inc. provides content delivery, DNS and security for this website, and processes IP addresses and request data.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides static hosting of the website files.
• Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC provide Google Analytics 4, only with your consent, and Google Workspace, which hosts our [email protected] mailbox.
• Our own application server (bckap.overfitseamless.com), which receives and stores application-form submissions.

International transfers

Overfit Seamless is established in Türkiye, and the processors above operate globally. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, those transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or on an adequacy decision where one applies. How long we keep it

Application-form submissions and business correspondence are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, and afterwards for the period required by applicable Turkish commercial and tax law. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

If you ask us to delete your data and we are not legally required to keep it, we will do so.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the KVKK you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data deleted where we have no overriding legal reason to keep it.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data.
• Withdraw consent for analytics at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
• Receive data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable format.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority in the EU or the UK, or to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) at kvkk.gov.tr.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be made clear on the site.
