Private Label Activewear Manufacturer
Overfit Seamless is a private-label activewear manufacturer in İstanbul, Turkey. We knit seamless leggings, sets, sports bras and tops to order for brands in the USA and Europe — your design, your labels, your packaging, produced start to finish in our own facility. We are a factory, not an agent, and we do not sell ready-made stock.
What private label actually means here
Your brand on the garment, our machines behind it.
Private-label manufacturing only works if the factory is genuinely invisible in the finished product. Everything we make ships under your labels and your packaging, with nothing identifying us on the garment or the box.
It also only works if the factory is actually a factory. We run 25 Santoni Top2V seamless circular knitting machines in our own building in Beylikdüzü, İstanbul, with more than 100,000 pieces of monthly capacity. Production is not brokered out to a third party, which is what lets us commit to a delivery date and hold it.
What stays yours
Four things you own in a private-label run.
You own the design
Whatever we develop together on your brief stays yours. We do not resell your construction to another brand, and we do not carry your styles as stock.
You own the label
Woven labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging are all yours. Nothing on the finished garment identifies us.
You own the colour
Colours are developed and matched in our own lab against your reference, not picked off a fixed card shared with everyone else.
You own the timeline
Production dates are committed to in writing before yarn is bought, because our capacity is in-house rather than brokered out.
How a project runs
From first brief to labelled stock.
- 01
Brief
You tell us the product, the target fabric weight, the size curve and the quantity. A finished tech pack makes this faster but is not required — a reference garment and a target price is enough to start.
- 02
Yarn & colour
We propose blends against your brief, source the yarn, and develop colour in our own lab. You approve physical swatches before anything moves.
- 03
Sampling
Fit sample, one or two revision rounds, then a pre-production sample that becomes the reference bulk is measured against. Nothing reaches the floor unapproved.
- 04
Production & delivery
Knitting, dyeing, finishing, individual inspection, then packed under your labels and shipped from İstanbul to the USA or Europe.
What it takes to start
The numbers, before you ask for them.
Most first conversations stall on minimums, usually because both sides mean different things by the word. Here is exactly what ours means.
| Minimum per style, per colour | 500 pieces |
| Splittable across sizes | Yes — e.g. 250 M + 250 L |
| One style in three colours | 1,500 pieces total |
| Sampling before bulk | Always — never skipped |
| Monthly capacity | 100,000+ pieces |
A factory quoting "500 pieces minimum" might mean 500 across your whole collection or 500 per colour per style. Those are very different businesses. Ours is the second, and we would rather you know that in the first email than in the third.
Location
A private-label manufacturer in İstanbul, shipping worldwide.
Our facility is in Beylikdüzü, İstanbul, at the centre of Turkey's textile and export logistics. Finished goods reach European brands in days by road rather than weeks by sea, which matters most during sampling, when a fit round going back and forth two or three times can otherwise cost a season.

Private-label activewear manufacturing.
What is a private-label activewear manufacturer?
A private-label manufacturer produces garments that ship under your brand rather than its own. You supply the design or develop it with us, and the finished product carries your labels, your hangtags and your packaging. Overfit Seamless has manufactured this way since 2019 from our own facility in İstanbul, Turkey.
What is the difference between private label and OEM?
In practice the line is about who designs. Private label usually means you arrive with the design and we produce it; OEM means you arrive with a reference garment, a target price or a rough idea and we develop the construction with you. We do both, and most real projects sit somewhere between the two.
What is the minimum to start a private-label run?
500 pieces per style, per colour. Those 500 can be split across sizes to match your size curve, but each colour needs its own dye lot, so one style in three colours means 1,500 pieces in total.
Do I need a tech pack?
No. A tech pack makes the first sample faster and more accurate, but it is not a prerequisite. If you know your product, your target fabric weight, your size curve and your quantity, that is enough for a meaningful quote and a first sample.
Will you sell my design to another brand?
No. What we develop on your brief stays yours. We manufacture to order and do not hold ready-made stock, so there is no inventory of your styles for anyone else to buy.
Which products can you produce under private label?
Seamless leggings and tights, two-piece sets, sports bras, tops and long sleeves, shorts and yoga wear. All of it is knit on our own 25 Santoni Top2V seamless circular knitting machines in İstanbul.
How long does a first private-label order take?
Roughly three to five months end to end: 2–4 weeks sourcing yarn and colour, 4–6 weeks sampling and fit approval, 4–6 weeks bulk production, then 1 week by air or up to 5 weeks by sea.
