Are you a manufacturer or a wholesaler?
We're a manufacturer. We select and source the yarn, knit each order for your brand on our own seamless machines, and run dyeing and finishing with our partner mills. We don't sell ready-made stock, so every style has its own production run and minimum quantities apply. A limited amount of stock left over from earlier production runs is available ready to ship at wholesale.overfitseamless.com.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 500 pieces for each style in each color. You can divide those 500 pieces between sizes; for example, 250 in size M and 250 in size L. If you order the same legging in three colors, the minimum total is 1,500 pieces. Each color needs a separate dye lot, and each style has its own machine setup.
What products do you manufacture?
We make seamless activewear: leggings and tights, two-piece sets, sports bras, tops and yoga wear. The garments are knitted in shape on circular machines rather than cut from flat fabric and joined with side seams. See what we make.
Do you offer private-label and OEM production?
Yes. Most of our work is private-label and OEM production, so the finished product carries your branding, labels, colors and packaging. If you have a reference garment but no finished tech pack, we can develop the product with you.
Where are you based, and where do you ship?
Our factory is in Beylikdüzü, İstanbul, Türkiye. We ship worldwide, and most of our repeat customers are brands in the United States and Europe.
Do you knit in-house or subcontract production?
The knitting is ours. Seamless knitting runs on our own circular machines in Beylikdüzü, and we handle yarn and color selection, quality control and export packaging in-house. Dyeing, setting and garment finishing are carried out by dyehouses and finishing partners we have worked with for years, under our own follow-up and approval at every stage. Can I order custom colors?
Yes. We select the yarn and have your requested shade matched with our dyehouse partner, then approve the lab dip before bulk. Every custom color runs as a separate dye lot, so the 500-piece minimum applies to each color of each style.
How does the sampling process work?
Once we agree on the product, fabric and measurements, we make a fit sample for your approval. You try it, send your comments and we revise it. The approved sample then becomes the reference for bulk production. Timing depends on the style and material, so we confirm the schedule for each project.
How much does production cost?
We quote every project separately. The style, material, number of colors, order quantity and finishing all affect the calculation, so a fixed price list would be misleading. Send us the product and quantities you have in mind, and we'll prepare a quote.
Do you work with new brands?
