Overfit Seamless opened in 2019 in Beylikdüzü, İstanbul. We manufacture seamless activewear for brands that need their own styles, colors, labels and packaging.
Our work starts with the product brief. We select and source the yarn, program the knit, make the sample and adjust the fit before a production run is approved.
Leggings, sports bras, shorts, tops and matching sets make up most of our production. We do not operate as a wholesaler or sell ready-made stock.
Inside the Factory
We run 25 Santoni Top2V seamless knitting machines in our İstanbul facility. Our team programs the style, sets the yarn and monitors the knit on site.
We select and source the yarn, then handle knitting, dyeing, setting, finishing, quality control and packing. Monthly capacity is more than 100,000 pieces.
We pack each order for its shipping method and prepare the export documents. The route and schedule are confirmed for the destination and the project.
Our Main Product Group
Most of our work is seamless activewear: leggings, sports bras, shorts, tops and matching sets made for private-label brands.
Support, stretch, ventilation and contour zones are built into the garment during knitting. They are not separate panels added later.
We check measurements, knit structure, color and finishing against the approved sample before an order is packed.
Where We Ship
We prepare export orders for brands across the United States and confirm the route for each shipment.
We regularly ship production runs from İstanbul to brands in European markets.
For other countries, we check the available shipping method when we quote the project.
