İstanbul, Turkey · Seamless Sports Bras
Seamless Sports Bra Manufacturer
Overfit Seamless manufactures private-label seamless sports bras in İstanbul, Turkey — light, medium and high support, with cup shaping and underband knit into the garment rather than sewn on. We produce for activewear and yoga brands across the USA and Europe, from yarn selection to finished piece, in our own facility.
Why seamless for a bra
Support without the seams that cause the problems.
A sports bra fails in predictable places: the underband digs or rolls, the shoulder seam rubs, the side panel chafes under a pack strap. Nearly all of those are seam problems, and a seamless bra does not have those seams to begin with.
Knit as a single piece on circular machines, the structure changes across the garment instead — denser under the bust where support is needed, softer through the body, open where heat builds. The support is engineered into the fabric rather than assembled on top of it.
Support levels
Three levels, engineered three different ways.
| Level | Built for | How it's achieved |
|---|---|---|
| Light support | Yoga, pilates, studio and lounge | Softer blends, wider knit bands, minimal compression through the cup |
| Medium support | Training, cycling, everyday wear | Denser knit zones under the bust, engineered underband, racer or cross backs |
| High support | Running and high-impact training | Firmest knit structures, widest engineered underband, reinforced strap zones |
Construction
What we can knit into a bra.
Knit-in shaping, not sewn-on panels
Cup shaping and bust support come from varying the knit structure across the garment, so there are no panel seams to rub at the underbust or across the shoulder.
Engineered underband
The band is knit denser than the body as part of the same piece. It holds without the dig of an elastic sewn in afterwards, and it does not roll.
Zoned breathability
Mesh and open-structure zones are knit directly into the back and side panels where heat builds, with no cut-and-sew joins to fail.
Strap and back options
Racer, cross, wide-strap and scoop backs, each programmed into the knit rather than assembled from separate cut pieces.
Bras are most often ordered as part of a matched set. Because we knit the bra and the legging from the same yarn and run them through the same dye lot, the two pieces are a true colour match — which is exactly where sets sourced from separate runs tend to fail.

Frequently asked questions
Seamless sports bra manufacturing.
Do you manufacture private-label seamless sports bras?
Yes. Sports bras are one of our core categories alongside leggings and sets. We produce them under your own designs, labels and packaging at our facility in İstanbul, Turkey, on 25 Santoni Top2V seamless circular knitting machines.
What support levels can you produce?
Light, medium and high support. The difference is engineered into the knit — stitch density under the bust, the width and firmness of the underband, and the structure through the strap zones — rather than added with sewn-on padding or elastic.
What is the minimum order for sports bras?
500 pieces per style, per colour, splittable across sizes to match your size curve. Each colour needs its own dye lot, so one bra in three colours means a total minimum of 1,500 pieces.
Can sports bras be produced to match a legging?
Yes, and this is the most common request. A matched set is knit from the same yarn and run through the same dye lot, so the bra and legging are a true colour match rather than an approximate one. Matching across separate dye lots is where most sets visibly fail.
Do seamless sports bras include removable pads?
They can. Pad pockets are knit into the construction and pads are inserted at finishing, so you can specify removable pads, fixed pads or none at all as part of the tech pack.
How is a seamless sports bra different from a cut-and-sew one?
A cut-and-sew bra is assembled from panels of flat fabric joined with seams, so support comes from where those panels are placed. A seamless bra is knit as one piece with the support engineered into the knit itself, which removes the seams that typically cause chafing at the underband and shoulder.
