Fabric & yarn
The blend decides how the legging feels and lasts.
In seamless leggings the practical choice is between polyamide, nylon and polyester blends, each carrying elastane for stretch. We source the yarn ourselves, develop the colour in our own lab, and send physical swatches before anything reaches bulk because a fabric that photographs well can feel completely wrong on a body.

All of it is knit at gauge 28 on circular machines, which is the gauge that gives performance leggings their density without losing stretch.
Engineered during knitting
Structure can change across a single legging.
This is the real advantage of seamless over cut & sew. Instead of joining panels of flat fabric, the machine varies the knit itself, so support, ventilation and shaping are built into one continuous garment.
Engineered waistbands
A firmer knit zone at the waist, knit as part of the same tube rather than sewn on, so there is no seam to dig in or roll.
Zoned compression
Stitch density is varied across the same garment, so a single legging can hold firmly through the thigh and stay soft behind the knee.
Mesh ventilation
Open mesh panels knit directly into the body of the legging at the back of the knee, calf or waist, with no cut-and-sew panel joins.
Rib and contour detail
Ribbing, contour lines and shaping patterns are programmed into the knit, so they follow the body instead of sitting on a flat panel.

Which fabrics do you use for seamless leggings?
Most programmes run on a polyamide or nylon blend with elastane for compression and recovery, or a polyester and elastane blend where colour fastness and moisture wicking matter more. We source the yarn ourselves and develop colours in our own lab, and we send physical swatches before anything goes to bulk.
How long does production take from first contact to delivery?
Budget roughly two to four months end to end: 2–4 weeks for yarn and colour sourcing, 5–7 days to knit the first sample, 1–3 weeks for fit approval and any revision, 4–6 weeks for bulk production, then 1 week by air or up to 5 weeks by sea. Programmes can be compressed with air freight and rushed sampling, but that is a cost rather than a shortcut.
Can I order the same legging in several colours?
Yes. Within a 500-piece run for one style, you can choose up to 3 colors and up to 2 sizes. Each additional style has its own 500-piece minimum.
Do you offer sampling before bulk production?
Always. We never take a bulk order from a photograph. A programme runs fit sample, one or two revision rounds, then a pre-production sample that becomes the reference bulk is measured against. Every problem caught at sampling costs a sample; the same problem caught after bulk costs an order.
What production capacity do you have?
Our İstanbul facility runs 20 Santoni Top2V seamless circular knitting machines in-house, supporting more than 100,000 pieces of monthly output. That capacity is ours, not outsourced, which is what lets us hold delivery dates.
Can you knit mesh, ribbing or zoned compression into a legging?
Yes. Because the garment is knit as one piece, structure can change across it: a firmer waistband, softer zones behind the knee, mesh ventilation panels, ribbing and contour shaping are all programmed during knitting rather than cut and sewn in afterwards.
