Seamless activewear is knit in a single piece on circular knitting machines with no side seams or chafing, creating a second-skin fit with high stretch and recovery. It's the manufacturing method of choice for leggings, sports bras and yoga sets.
As a seamless manufacturer based in Turkey, Overfit Seamless controls every step of this process, from yarn selection to knitting, dyeing and quality control, in our own İstanbul facility.

Everything below is knit on the same machines, in the same facility, from yarn we source ourselves. Brands usually start with one category and add others once the first production run has proved out.

Why Turkey
Close enough to Europe that revisions do not cost a month.
The practical case for manufacturing activewear in Turkey is distance. İstanbul sits at the edge of Europe, so finished goods reach European brands in days by road rather than weeks by sea. During sampling, when a fit round needs to go back and forth two or three times, that difference compounds into months saved on a launch.
The second reason is the supply base around us. Turkey has a dense yarn, dyeing and finishing ecosystem, which is why we can source yarn locally and run colour development in our own lab instead of importing every input and waiting on it. Our facility is in Beylikdüzü, at the centre of İstanbul's textile and export logistics.

Your labels and packaging
Woven labels, care labels, hangtags and polybags to your specification. The finished garment carries your brand and nothing of ours.
Your designs, or developed with you
Arrive with a tech pack and we work to it. Arrive with a reference garment and a target price, and we develop the construction with you.
Colour matched in our own lab
We develop and match colour in-house rather than choosing from a fixed card, then confirm it on physical swatches before bulk.
One factory, start to finish
Yarn, knitting, dyeing, finishing, inspection and packing all happen under our control, so there is one party accountable for the result.
Our minimum is 1,000 pieces per style. Within those 1,000 pieces you can choose up to 2 sizes and up to 3 colors, for example 500 in size M and 500 in size L split across two colorways. Each additional style has its own 1,000-piece minimum.

Do you manufacture private-label activewear in Turkey?

What does private-label production include?
Your designs, your woven and care labels, your hangtags and your packaging. The garment ships ready to sell under your own brand, with nothing identifying us on it. We also handle OEM development if you arrive with a reference garment and a target price rather than a finished tech pack.
Do I need a finished tech pack to start?
No. A tech pack makes the first sample faster and more accurate, but it is not a prerequisite. Knowing your product, your target fabric weight, your size curve and your quantity is enough to begin a conversation and get a meaningful quote.
Are you a factory or an agent?
A factory. We run 20 Santoni Top2V seamless circular knitting machines in our own facility in Beylikdüzü, İstanbul, with more than 100,000 pieces of monthly capacity. Production is not brokered out to a third party, which is what lets us hold quality and delivery dates.
Can you match a garment I already sell?
Usually, yes. Send the reference garment and we will assess the construction, propose a yarn and knit structure that reaches the same hand and compression, and come back with a swatch. Seamless cannot replicate every cut-and-sew detail, and we will tell you plainly where it cannot.
